Knotty Pines: Rental Prices

Rental rate is $5,000 per month with two-month rentals preferred. Two-month rentals receive a ten percent (10%) discount making the monthly rental price $4,500. Weekly rentals during the months of June and September, as extensions to monthly rentals, are negotiable. A security deposit of $1,500 is required at the time of lease signing. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of lease expiration upon satisfactory inspection. Payment in full for all rental periods is due at the time of lease signing. Cleaning fee of $150 is applicable at lease termination. Internet access, utilities and all telephone charges (excluding International calls) are included in rental price.
